Formed of three phases: 1) Discover, 2) Develop, and 3) Deploy, our Bid360 change methodology gives you clarity and direction to confidently implement the right changes according to your circumstances.
We start by working with you to set clear objectives and define specific goals for improvement. We then dig into the underlying root causes for change with a series of modular activities, including:
- A workshop exercise to baseline your as-is bidding maturity according to BSI PAS 360
- A desktop assessment of your processes, tools, and systems
- Interviews with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders
- Analysis of current AI integration and use-cases
- A retrospective sampled review of recent proposals
- Options analysis for the implementation of changes
- If an opportunity arises, we can also support a live deal to observe the realities of how your bids are developed.
The output is a comprehensive discovery report and maturity benchmark score with recommendations and a roadmap that informs phase 2.
Phase 2 begins by agreeing the development work required based on the recommendations from Phase 1 and your priorities, culture, and budget. This can range from a few tweaks to wholesale change to building from scratch.
We then develop, review, pilot and iterate the agreed changes ready for controlled deployment into your live bidding operations.
The output is a developed capability ready for rollout and a deployment plan that we can implement for you, or that you can lead by yourself.
We work with you to deploy the newly developed assets from phase 2 by flexibly dovetailing with your day-to-day bidding operations. You focus on the day job and we’ll focus on making change.
Once the changes have been deployed, your bidding maturity can be re-assessed against PAS 360 to measure improvement against the original baseline, letting you report the quantified improvement.
The output is a demonstration of your commitment to continual improvement and a measurable return on investment through a more effective bidding function.
