We facilitate a team workshop that allows everyone to share their perspectives in a group forum. We use an interactive app to record individual assessments against the five pillars of PAS 360, with results dynamically presented for group discussion. Using our 360 Change Programme process, we dig deep into your current bidding maturity relative to the five pillars in PAS 360:2023. Knowing how big the gap is and what your priorities are lets us transform your bidding operations to deliver sustainably better results.

Discover

We assess your current ‘as-is’ bidding maturity to identify problems that are holding you back and opportunities to improve efficiency and results. The output is a comprehensive observations report and maturity benchmark that informs the design phase.

Design

Using the results from discovery, we work with you to craft a bespoke operating model for your future ‘to-be’ bidding capability based on your priorities, company culture, and budget. The output from this phase is a target operating model design and costed implementation plan that we can delivery for you, or that you can deliver by yourself.

Deliver

We work with you to deliver the change identified in the design phase by flexibly dovetailing with your day-to-day bidding operations. You focus on the day job and we’ll focus on making change.
