After working in the Financial Services industry in both customer facing and project management roles for over 25 years, I decided it was time for a change.

After a brief spell at trying out early retirement, I thought it would be good to get stuck into a new adventure so was delighted when BidCraft approached me to see if I would like to be the Business Manager for their Academy.

I love helping people through their online training journey, answering questions, getting stuff sorted out and generally being able to help in any way I can.  So, if you are looking to advance your career using formal APMG qualifications to support it, then please get in touch.

Being able to make a difference and help somebody either at BidCraft or when I am volunteering at Citizens Advice gives me a real buzz.

I am very fortunate to live in a beautiful part of North Wales, so when I’m not working, I love being outside and exploring the area, even if it does rain more often than I would like!  I also enjoy reading and cooking, especially the eating part, and spending as much time as I can having fun with the family.
